This post is just a bit of information about us here at the Law Society including our terms and conditions of advertisment across all of our social media and our website!

Hull University's Student Law Society, open to both Law and Non-Law students! Head to https://hulluniunion.com/store to purchase your Law Society membership!
Throughout the year, we hold competitions and workshops as well as career events and especially socials! Joining the society also helps to improve your career prospects and gives you the chance to make new friends.
Come see us during freshers week at the Societies Fair or sign up at the Union reception desk on the ground floor of the union building.

ADVERTISING:
We have strict obligations from the Union to ensure no unauthorised advertising takes place through the Committee mediums of communication. Authorised advertising includes that for our own services, limited authorisation for messages from our sponsors and other external companies/schemes along with Union and Hull University business.
Advertising of socials, such as fresher events, not linked to the society or approved by a committee member are prohibited.
Advertising of anything for sale including university books for sale is prohibited.
Advertising of vacant rooms to let is prohibited.
Unauthorised advertising will be deleted. If an individual makes an unauthorised post on more than one occasion, the post will be deleted and the individual will be removed from the group.
If an individual re posts an advertisement that has previously been deleted, the post will be removed and the individual will be removed.
All advertising is subject to Hull University Law Society discretion. All decisions are final.
Any photos posted by members will be shared on our social media, and website etc. If necessary.
It is often the case that advertise events, schemes, workshops and competitions etc. on behalf on the University of Hull, the Law School Faculty, local or national firms or national law education providers or charities etc. As these events are not organised by us, only advertised, you do not need to be a Law Society paid member to attend them.
If you have any questions, concerns or issues surrounding any of the rules or anything mentioned so far, do not hesitate to contact the Communications Officer or any of the other Law Society Committee members as well.
